Bridges is a not for gain organization which has been delivering services to the elderly and people with a disability in the Knox and South West Yarra Ranges for over 40 yrs. All our services promote independence and socialization using a centered person approach to ensure services are fulfilling the needs of our clients. Bridges delivers services at the greatest standard and complies with the Home Concern Standards whilst working to improve the health and healthy being of our community.
