Wayne brings significant international and commercial leadership experience in driving the profitable growth of multifaceted businesses across the food industry, agribusiness and service sectors. He is currently responsible for the group's finances, all MA and business support activities. Lisa is highly motivated to deliver the superior results for the local and international brands she represents. She leads a team of proficient Business Development managers, whom triumph through closely integrating with the brands they represent. She also leads the Category Insights team, developing insights for increased victory with retailers. Lisa has a passion for cooking and is delighted to be representing many of Australia’s leading food brands. Jamie joined the company in 2013 as Sales Director. Developing strategic plans and dealing with people are his passion. His career has enabled him to work for some of Australia's and the world's greatest companies and brands. Neil joined the business in 1995 as General Manager of the Cheese Cut and Wrap brand, and since then has held a number of senior roles within Manasseh. Neil was instrumental in introducing the Vendor Quality Management assurance (QM) plan to the company in 200, as well as setting up the Food Import Compliance Agreement (FICA) with Government in 2008. He is also responsible for food safety and compliance across the group's businesses. In October 2013, he led a major supply chain optimization and network redesign across the group and now runs the supply chain, with responsibilities including procurement, sourcing and successive improvement for programs in the retail divisions. Kinney commenced his professional career in the Australian Dairy industry and progressed through a number of senior sales and operations management roles earlier joining George Weston Foods in 200.
